Gaia’s Garden Food Pantry is operated by The Pagan Path. Our mission is to help fight hunger and food insecurities in our community.

We serve individuals and families of Rockingham County who earn income below the poverty line.

Non-perishable foods
Fresh produce when in stock
Eggs when in stock
Feminine hygiene products
Personal hygiene items
Baby food
infant formula

This pantry WILL NOT:
*Charge a fee or accept monetary donations for any item you receive.
*Require you to provide a service, participate in religious events, or join any part of this organization as a condition to receiving any item.
*Refuse assistance to you based on race, color, age, religion, national origin, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or political affiliation.

Beginning September 22, 2021, pantry hours are the fourth Wednesday of each month from 4-6 PM.


Below is a list of both food and non-food items that we need. While every donation of unexpired food is appreciated, there are items that we need more than others. Gaia’s Garden is a client’s choice food pantry and we distribute specific items in order to help prevent the waste of unwanted foods. Please help us prevent food waste by donating the items we list below.

Meal kits that don’t require extra ingredients

Kits that include canned meat, canned sauce, and pasta all in one box are great

Pancake and muffin mix that only requires water

Shelf-stable milk like almond and soy milk

Juice boxes

Soups – chicken noodle, cream of mushroom, and tomato

Canned meats – tuna, salmon, chicken, and SPAM

Canned fruit – apple sauce, pineapples, peaches, and fruit cocktail

Baby foods and formula

Basic pantry staple food – sugar, rice, flour, cornmeal, dry beans, seasonings

Feminine hygiene products

Diapers and baby wipes
