What type of vendor are you?
Do you understand that the product(s) you list on this application is the only product(s) you will be allowed to sell or display at the Beltane Festival?
Do you understand the Beltane Festival will take place rain or shine and there is no rain date and no refund for weather related events?
Do you understand that you are responsible for providing your own canopy or tent, tables, chairs, dishes, utensils, and displays?
Do you understand that there will be no potable water or electric access? If you need water or electric, you must provide your own.
Do you understand that you cannot sell food items and merchandise items in the same vendor space? You must sell them in two separate vendor spaces.
Do you understand that you will be required to keep your products within your assigned vendor space?
Do you understand that no vendor will be permitted to sell any product or merchandise with "Beltane Festival" or "The Pagan Path" name or likeness?
Do you understand that, with the exception of an emergency, once the festival begins, you will be required to stay for the duration of the event?
Do you understand that smoking is allowed in designated areas ONLY?
If you're a smoker, you agree to smoke in the designated areas, right? And not throw your butts on the ground, right?
Do you understand that political advertising, promotion, or display of ANY KIND is absolutely prohibited?
I understand that I will receive a vendor packet no less than two weeks prior to the Beltane Festival with my vendor space assignment and additional information.
Do you understand that you are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing, 'Beltane Festival 2026', 'The Pagan Path', and 'Thomas and Orallee "Chip" Robinson' as additional insured before you will be allowed to set up on May 2, 2026. Failure to provide this will result in a forfeiture of your vendor and fee.
